Three’s a crowd! Not with Zoe’s it is..

An evening well spent is an one consisting of good food and company.

Finally I got to reconnect with a beautiful area I had once visited years ago in Bahrain, Al Adliya.

The Mr. has been avoiding taking me there as it’s infested with our own mankind, folks from my beloved country.

We arrive, step out in a beautifully hidden gem where tradition meets modern. Quirky cultural and traditional art is splash splashed on the walls of very old houses and buildings.

After making our quick tour we settled very quietly and nicely at Zoe’s, a place a once remember was beaming with music, laughter and joy.

It was very quiet, only us at first as most people would just head straight to the lounge area,

Very subtle, peaceful, mature setting and great staff, a bit keen but nonetheless very great top notch service.

We started off with white clam chowder soup and spicy potato wedges from the sides, followed by a Margheritta pizza and a yummy wild mushroom risotto with truffles that was just perfect! The risotto was served in a flat pizza plate but who cares it was DIVINE and so good to me.

Loved this his place, the food, the staff and will definitely drag the Mr. to this place again!

Love my tummy.
